Stripping machine ST215W

We offer professional machines for stripping coax cables and other complex wire types with rigorous quality requirements.

Coax cables and wires with small diameters are processed with the ST215W stripping machine. The wayback function ensures high stripping quality, particularly for lines with greater diameter tolerances.

The reproducible stripping of cable ends in ensured through the precise four-blade system. The insulation, the dielectric or the shielding is removed through rotative incision and subsequent pull-off. This innovative procedure enables processing of micro-coax cables and cables with Kapton or Teflon insulation. The high accuracy of the ST215W avoids damage of the conductor or dielectric, or shielding. The compact structure of the cutting head enables extremely short stripping lengths. In order not to twist stranded wires, the ST215W has the possibility of switching off the rotation at take-off.

An optional centering fixture permits high-end stripping that meets the requirements of the aerospace industry. This fixture is variably adjustable and centers the cable relative to the blades. Thus the possibility of the user influencing the stripping quality is excluded.

Stripping machine ST730

With the ST730 we offer stripping machines for the most rigorous cable processing requirements. The ST730 effortlessly masters complex stripping of coax or triax cables. Naturally multiple conductor cables or single conductor cables can be processed, even if they have special insulation such as Kapton or Teflon.

There are no retooling times, since through selection of a stored cable configuration the machine adjusts itself immediately to the next cable. The possibility of working through different cable sequences and the integrated counter additionally facilitate production work. The intuitive operation via touch screen makes it possible to quickly and reliably adjust the ST730 to the respective cable. Set stripping values can be password protected by specialized personnel.

The optional software is suitable for data backup and archiving. A foot pedal with connection cable is likewise available as an option.
